We have a global tool, called THEMIS, for identifying, recording and overseeing compliance with legal and applicable environmental requirements that is used in all countries and at all facilities. It enables us to control the more than 5,200 environmental requirements we are required to meet worldwide.
Our procurement and supplier management model considers the environment and sustainability as essential, fostering the procurement of products and services that respect the environment and those that are manufactured in socially acceptable conditions. More than 90% of Naturgy suppliers have been assessed in terms of sustainability within the last three years.
Our risk management system, Prosafety, includes the recording and oversight of accidents and any environmental incident that occurs in any of our businesses in order to learn and prevent larger scale events.

We participate in various specialised conferences and issue publications on the environment and energy for sharing our knowledge with society. We also provide training to employees, with more than 3,000 hours of training in the last year for a total of 1,192 employees.
