Gas Natural Fenosa opens its first customer service centre in Badajoz

GAS NATURAL FENOSA is improving its customer service for residential customers and SMEs in Badajoz with the opening of its first centre there at 2 Plaza de la Libertad The new office will be open to the public from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm, and 4.30 and 7.30 pm.

The Mayor of Badajoz, Francisco Javier Fragoso, and the Technical Director of Gas Natural Fenosa’s South-East Region, Miguel Ángel Bara, today opened the multinational company’s customer service centre in the city. The opening ceremony was attended by key figures from the Badajoz corporate and institutional sphere, as well as representatives from consumer associations.

This new centre confirms the company’s commitment to its residential and SME customers in Badajoz, where it has nearly 20,000 customers in the electrical, gas and service markets. In Extremedura as a whole, the company has a portfolio of nearly 32,800 customers in both the residential and SME markets.

From this new office, the company’s professionals will provide domestic and commercial customers with comprehensive information about the portfolio of services relating to the natural gas and electricity supplied by the company. Furthermore, advice will be provided on energy efficiency and assistance will be given to resolve contract-related queries: payment methods and administrative procedures relating to energy supply (connections, changes of address, updating contract details, subsidies, etc.).

Better customer service

The goal of GAS NATURAL FENOSA is to offer comprehensive customer care to its natural gas and electricity customers. With the opening of this centre, the power company now has two customer service centres in Extremedura. Customers can also manage their accounts 24 hours a day on the website www.gasnaturalfenosa.es.
