About
-
Goal
To promote renewable energies, providing generation and management companies, and the electricity system as a whole, with control and management tools that enable them to participate in electrical energy power plant markets through renewable energies, in optimal conditions. -
Participation
A multi-technology AGC (Automatic Generation Control) system will be developed, in which both conventional power generation and renewable technologies will be integrated, along with a predictive system that will help power plants make decisions as to strategies for their optimal electricity market shares. -
Feder Interconecta is a call included in the State Research Programme, Development and Innovation Oriented towards Societal Challenges. It is led by Isotrol. Naturgy and Green Power Technologies are also participating, with the collaboration of organisations such as AICIA (University of Seville) and IIT (Pontificia Comillas University).
