Naturgy is the first company world-wide to obtain the Global FRC certificate which recognises the multinational company's achievements in balancing the personal and professional lives of its employees, allowing for their human and social development. This certificate, issued by Fundación Másfamilia and periodically audited by AENOR in accordance with standard EFR 1000-23, is endorsed by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, is in line with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and with the recommendations of the European Economic and Social Council (EESC). 

Our Code of Ethics establishes the guidelines that must govern the ethical conduct of all our employees during their daily work, in particular regarding those issues related to the relations and interactions maintained with all stakeholder groups.
