Naturgy has been recognised in the European Parliament as a ‘European Sport and Healthy Company 2025’ for its health, wellbeing and sport strategy, internationally certifying its commitment, leadership and strategic vision as a ‘Healthy Company’.
More than 300 leaders representing cities and regions from around the world, together with a select group of 4 companies, gathered at the European institution to award the most outstanding organisations globally in the sport, corporate and community fields, at an event organised by ACES Europe, together with the International Organisation of Human Capital Managers (DCH).
This recognition validates the commitment of these entities to promoting healthy work environments and reinforces the importance of integrating wellbeing into corporate strategies.
Fabián Vazquez, Naturgy’s doctor, said on receiving this recognition that “as a company, nothing is more important than health and that is one of our principles. This certificate, awarded by an institution such as the European Parliament, endorses our commitment to our people in all the geographies where we operate. A concrete commitment to their wellbeing, their health and, of course, their development”.
