2018-2022 Strategic Plan

Naturgy has presented its new 2018-2022 Strategic Plan in London, which it will allow it to generate value through simplicity and accountability, optimisation, financial discipline and remuneration to shareholders. Additionally, the company has set itself the following financial objectives: to reach a 5 billion euro EBITDA and a 1.8 billion euro net profit by 2022. Furthermore, the company has committed to increasing the dividend per share by a minimum of 5% annually, as of 2018, reaching 1.59 euros per share in 2022. Naturgy plans to invest 8.4 billion euros over the 2018-2022 period, of which 5.3 billion are aimed at growth investments.
