It is the representative and vertebral element of the learning experience. Its main objective is to develop key knowledge, connect with the latest trends and technologies, and foster skills and competencies aligned with the company’s leadership models and culture.

Our Academies
Naturgy’s CU rolls out its model through different academies that seek to address the challenges of present and future knowledge and skills.
Transformational Leadership Academy (TLA): This academy is aligned with
Naturgy’s strategic plan and seeks to ensure the role of leadership in the company’s
transformation and the achievement of business objectives.
It operates through several sub-academies:
- Digital Academy: Focused on the transformation towards digital skills.
- AI School (Artificial Intelligence): A lever to boost the digital profile and prepare professionals for the challenges and opportunities of AI.
- New Energy: Focused on developing managers and high potential employees to meet future challenges.
- Naturgy Leadership: Promotes the role of the leader as a driver of organisational and cultural change.
- Wellbeing Academy: Boosts motivation, holistic wellbeing and healthy leadership.
- Tech Academy (TA): Transfers the necessary know-how for each
position, ensuring the quality and homogeneity of expert knowledge in all business units. - Extended Academy (EA): Through this academy, the CU offers technical and management training to external collaborators, customers and suppliers. The aim is to encourage the improvement of operational efficiency, innovation and the development of skills geared towards operational and service excellence.

At the heart of Naturgy’s Digital Academy is the School of Artificial Intelligence (AI), our lever for boosting the digital profile of our people, for a smarter, more efficient and innovative present, prepared for the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow, where all our professionals can find content and learning opportunities tailored to their needs, roles and challenges in the company.

Acknowledgements and Certifications
Naturgy’s Corporate University has received important recognitions, including:
GLOBAL CCU Awards: In 2023, it was the only Spanish entity recognised by the Global Council of Corporate Universities (Global CCU). It won the Gold Award in the category of Social Impact and Climate Change, recognised for its innovation and cross-cutting nature in sustainability training. This earned them an invitation to participate in the organisation’s community of good practice.
Quality Certifications: It has ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. In 2024, it also renewed its CLIP (Corporate Learning Improvement Process) accreditation awarded by the EFMD, which recognises the quality of its learning and development processes, and which it has held since 2003.
