  • Top Employers Institute ranked Naturgy at the highest level and highlighted the good performance of its People strategy thanks to its commitment to professional experience, diverse talent and health and well-being.

Naturgy has been recognised as one of Spain’s Top Employers for the tenth year in a row. The company obtained this certification from Top Employers Institute following an exhaustive audit of more than 300 practices in its People area. By revalidating this seal, Naturgy continues to be part of the group of leading companies in Spain that are known for their professional development models and strategy.

Naturgy’s score was around 93%, which confirms the upward trend seen in recent years, particularly since 2020 when it achieved 87%. The overall score ranks Naturgy at the highest level of the Top Employers benchmark.

Naturgy’s Managing Director of People and Organisation, Enrique Tapia, stressed that “this certification reflects the great work of all Naturgy’s teams, who have embraced the 360° commitment with their professional experience. We foster a transformational culture, where listening and recognition are springboards for continuous improvement and motivation. This seal recognises our commitment to people”.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations with outstanding people practices based on participation in and the results of its HR Best Practices Survey, which covers 6 HR domains comprising 20 topics, including areas such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being and diversity and inclusion, to name but a few. A total of 2,300 Top Employers in 121 countries or regions on five continents have been certified and recognised in 2024.
