Naturgy has delivered solid performance in the first nine months of 2025, making firm progress toward all commitments outlined in its 2025–2027 Strategic Plan. The group posted net income of €1,668 million through September, up 6% year-on-year, reaffirming its goal of surpassing €2 billion by year-end, in line with market guidance. EBITDA stood at €4,214 million, matching record levels from the same period last year, despite a highly uncertain environment, particularly in the energy sector. These results underscore the group’s operational strength, resilience, and the value of its diversified business model.

The New Business Manager of Naturgy, Joaquín Mendiluce, was appointed as Chairman of the Iberian Association for Gas-powered Mobility (GASNAM) earlier today. NEDGIA, the natural gas distribution company of the Naturgy group, has appointed Andrés Montero as the new General Manager of NEDGIA Galicia, its subsidiary in this region of Spain. Naturgy has started construction work on Picón I and Picón II, two new photovoltaic solar energy plants in the Ciudad Real province, more specifically in Porzuna, out of the three planned in the company’s project for this town. These facilities both have a peak capacity of 50 MWp and consist of 151,452 modules.

The Naturgy Foundations’ travelling exhibition about energy is coming to La Rioja this week. The Energytruck will be in the El Silo area in Calahorra until 26 September and is free to visit between 9am – 2pm, and 4pm – 7pm. It will then be in Estella, Navarre from Thursday 27 September onwards.
